Making contact is the first step to taking control! I'm an 'easy to talk to' person and I've worked in mental health for a long time, so don't worry, there's nothing you can't tell me that won't shock me. I bet you'd be suprised to know that most people's problems are incredibly common. 1 in 3 people have a mental health problem and I believe that all people have some sort of mental health problem as some point in their life, whether it's work stress, insomnia or psychosis.
