
What do I do?
Well that's a question I get asked a lot. I'm an Occupational Therapist by profession. I've worked in mental health for 14 years, but I'm also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP).
My work is about making changes. So it doesn't matter what your issue is about. It could be anything from depression, anxiety or a bad habit to passing a driving test, dealing with a past memory, trauma or a relationship issue.
Basically if there's something about you or your life that you want to change then I can show you how. I use a range of very effective techniques and a wealth of experience to help you make that change. I never do the same thing with two people. What works for one person won't necessarily be the best thing for another. People are unique individuals like snowflakes, and we all need special attention!
